COMMON AREAS & SERVICES
A common entrance from the parterre allows separate access to the three locations of Gadames57, and it is also equipped with service areas on the ground floor (catering area, cold storage rooms, storage rooms, lockers, dressing room) for a total of over 200 square meters. Two underground floors are dedicated to parking with a total capacity of about 40 cars.
SERVICE AREA ON THE GROUND FLOOR
It includes the catering area (equipped with 2 sinks), cold storage rooms, storage rooms, changing and dressing rooms, for a total of over 250 square meters.
It allows distinct and simultaneous access to service staff at each of the three locations through the lifts and the back stairs. It provides a goods input area and a pedestrian entrance for staff.
TWO UNDERGROUND FLOORS
These are used for parking with access via a driveway ramp (1500 square meters, up 40 unassisted parkings).
These two floors are connected to all other floors with a lift (5), an elevator (20 people) and two staircases.
They have storage areas, dressing rooms and showers for the staff.
ACCESS TO LOCATION
A common entrance from the parterre allows access to the three separate spaces.
THE PARTERRE
It consists of an external area of 300 square meters that is well lit, elegantly planted and paved. It is accessible from Via Gadames and is avalable both for receiving guests and as a supplementary space for internal events.
THE TERRACE
Spread over 650 square meters overlooking the city, it is flexible in its setting and is a lovely and interesting area.
It is easily accessible from the main location via stairway, the panoramic elevator or by the service elevator.
